Four AAPS high schools rank in top 50 in Michigan

Recently released U.S. News 2024 Best High School Rankings again demonstrate the quality educational experience and performance of Ann Arbor Public Schools High Schools. 

In the latest rankings, Skyline High School placed 10th in Michigan and four AAPS high schools have achieved top 50 rankings in Michigan in the U.S. News 2024 Best High School Rankings

The U.S. News Best High Schools rankings include data on nearly 25,000 public high schools in 50 states and the District of Columbia. Nearly 18,000 schools were ranked on six factors based on their performance on state assessments and how well they prepare students for college.

Four AAPS high schools ranked in the top 10 percent of the nation. AAPS high schools continue the trend of high achievement in this rigorous national comparative assessment of high school programs.

In the latest rankings, AAPS Skyline High School placed 10th in Michigan, was ranked 83rd in the nation for Magnet Schools and 210th in the nation for STEM High Schools. 

Also earning high marks in Michigan: 

AAPS Pioneer High School ranked 16in the state, moving up from 22nd in 2022 rankings,

AAPS Community High School was ranked 37th in Michigan.

AAPS Huron High School placed 45th, moving up from 34th in 2022 rankings, and
