The Westerman Preschool & Family Center was abuzz Monday as AAPS welcomed our youngest students to their first day of school.
The school welcomed nearly 350 3- and 4-year old children, about 200 of whom are new to the school. One third of the children speak a language other then English, or came from a family with a home language other than English.
