The 253 Pittsfield Penguins enjoy their weekdays in a friendly neighborhood school with the mission statement: Achievement for all in a safe, nursing setting; honoring our diversity.
Pittsfield Elementary celebrates its 76th anniversary this year. Located at 2543 Pittsfield Boulevard, it is a focal point of the leafy neighborhood which includes the Pittsfield Village condominium complex.
