Starting April 3, Rec & Ed will offer a variety of virtual, in-person, and hybrid classes designed for health and enjoyment
Experience something new and rejuvenate your current workout routine this spring with some of the community’s finest instructors! Ann Arbor Public Schools Community Education and Recreation (Rec & Ed) invites you to invest in a fit and healthy lifestyle routine by joining one of our fitness, yoga, Pilates, or Feldenkrais classes. We can also help you learn how to grow vegetables, make jewelry, do social/ballroom dance, and more.
Starting April 3, Rec & Ed will offer a variety of virtual, in person, and hybrid fitness , yoga, and adult enrichment classes designed for your health and enjoyment. Hybrid classes are offered in person and online simultaneously; you can attend either way you prefer and still enjoy the expertise your instructor has to offer all students.
“The flexibility of a hybrid format helps support participants in reaching their fitness and wellness health goals,” says explains Terry McNeely, Fitness & Yoga Program Supervisor. “A hybrid class allows people to choose where and how they want to participate on any given day. More options to participate, less reason to skip a class due to weather or other potential barriers.”
