Experience something new and rejuvenate your current workout routine this spring with some of the community’s finest instructors!  Ann Arbor Public Schools Community Education and Recreation (Rec & Ed) invites you to invest in a fit and healthy lifestyle routine by joining one of our fitness, yoga, Pilates, or Feldenkrais classes. We can also help you learn how to grow vegetables, make jewelry, do social/ballroom dance, and more.

Starting April 3, Rec & Ed will offer a variety of virtualin person, and hybrid  fitness , yoga, and adult enrichment classes designed for your health and enjoyment.  Hybrid classes are offered in person and online simultaneously; you can attend either way you prefer and still enjoy the expertise your instructor has to offer all students.

“The flexibility of a hybrid format helps support participants in reaching their fitness and wellness health goals,” says explains Terry McNeely, Fitness & Yoga Program Supervisor. “A hybrid class allows people to choose where and how they want to participate on any given day. More options to participate, less reason to skip a class due to weather or other potential barriers.”
