Celebrating the 101st day of school, Lawton students and staff dress in dalmation-inspired garb to raise money for the Lawton PTO and the Humane Society of Huron Valley

Lawton students and staff are celebrating 101 Days of Learning today with a special twist. Students are rocking their best Dalmatian-inspired outfits to mark the milestone, and students in Y5, kindergarten and first grades are enjoying special activities to celebrate.
In the process, they’re supporting Lawton PTO and the Humane Society of Huron Valley, with a goal to have at least 101 Dalmatians in school today.
“Our students and staff are enjoying a celebration of 101 days of school,” says Principal Rose Marie Callahan. “They are so proud to raise money in such a creative way for The Humane Society of Huron Valley and for our school.”
