Skyline Curriculum Night for those who will be ninth-graders next fall will take place from 5-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 12. Any students interested in attending Skyline are invited to an evening of school tours and information.
Middle school students and families who may consider attending are:
• Those living within the Skyline High School district boundaries. Here is a link showing the high school boundaries on a map.
• Those interested in open enrollment from within the AAPS district but outside of the Skyline boundaries (visit http://skyline.a2schools.org/skyline.home/open_enrollment for details.) There are currently 100 open enrollment seats; if more than 100 students apply, a lottery will be conducted for the available seats. Open enrollment at Skyline is under way and the deadline for submission is Feb. 11 at 4 p.m.
• Those currently attending private school or who are home schooled.
The Curriculum Night schedule includes: school tours from 5-6 p.m., non-public school student enrollment from 6-7 p.m. and an overview of the school in the school auditorium from 7-7:55 p.m. From 8-9 p.m., content area presentations will take place around the school.
Skyline High School is at 2552 N. Maple Road, Ann Arbor (just north of M-14.) Details: 734-994-6515 or visit the Skyline High School website.
