Haisley students share what they’re thankful for at traditional pre-Thanksgiving assembly

Fifth graders, kindergarteners and young fives at Haisley Elementary School continued their day before Thanksgiving Break tradition by participating in the “I’m Thankful For Assembly” this morning. At the assembly kindergartners and young fives share what they and their fifth grade reading buddies are thankful for this year. The older students wear large drawings representing what each student is sharing.

This year’s I’m Thankful For Assembly returned to in-person after a pair of virtual years. Students shared they were thankful for family and friends, reading buddies, pets, toys, trees, books, music and more.
