Thanks to Menlo Innovation providing space, the event also gave AAPS a chance to let the community see the science, technology, engineering, arts, and math or STEAM offerings across the district. This includes Project Lead the Way in Kindergarten through 12th grade and FIRST Robotics Teams.

First AAPS STEAM Expo highlights programs across the district, community

Ann Arbor Public School’s first district-wide STEAM Expo included everything from kindergarten meteorologists, to high school inventors, to local professionals working for IMRA America, Menlo Innovations and other local tech companies. Students of all ages and their parents visiting Huron High School got to see, touch, and hear about many of the efforts going on in the district to bring together Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math.
