Named for Eber White, one of the first settlers of Ann Arbor, Eberwhite Elementary is tucked into a tree-lined neighborhood on the city’s west side.
Eberwhite Elementary was just named one of the top K-8 schools in the state by U.S. News & World Report, which focused on math and reading proficiency based on state assessments from the 2018-19 school year.
The final phase of the Eberwhite playground was completed last week in just six days, with hundreds of volunteers working on the playground designed for third-to-fifth graders. Click here to read more about the history of the Eberwhite playgrounds built with volunteer community support.
Eberwhite’s student population is 366 in grades Young 5’s through fifth.
