The MSVMA Musical Theatre Intensive is a day-long event on October 5 in Portage, bringing together the top 100 musical theatre students from across the state. Students work with faculty from the University of Michigan Musical Theatre Department in a series of workshops, sessions, and solo performances. To be selected, they submitted a recorded video performance audition and were evaluated by a set of adjudicators.
