Logan Elementary fifth grader Philip Leucht has been selected to compete in an international youth soccer tournament this July.

Philip will compete in Sweden’s Gothia Cup 2019—the world’s largest and most international youth soccer tournament, and involves about 1700 teams from 80 nations.

Philip’s travel soccer team is the Michigan Jaguars U11 Boys-Green Director’s Academy. He trains with the master level boys group—the highest training group—and from this group, he was selected to compete in Sweden. Philip will compete in Sweden with the Coerver Michigan Performance Academy.
