3 questions for: Logan 5th grade ESL learners

What’s it like to start a new school in a new country?

In December, twins Chau and Quy arrived here from Vietnam and became fifth graders at Logan Elementary School, where they are showing great progress as English learner newcomers.

“Chau and Quy are just starting their English language journey and have been making incredible advances,” says their ESL teacher, Christopher Culbertson. “They are wonderfully different people and they are exploring what they like here in America. Both Chau and Quy are making new friends and learning more and more English every day.”

We asked Chau and Quy three questions:
