Video: Community High Jazz musicians perform on Good Morning America

The segment featured Ann Arbor during “Main Street U.S.A.” series

Every day this Fourth of July week, ABC’s Good Morning America (GMA) will feature an American downtown during its “Main Streets in America” feature. July 3 was all about Ann Arbor.

Community High School Jazz musicians are so talented, Good Morning, America could have featured them for an entire segment today when Ann Arbor was highlighted as a “Main Street U.S.A.”

Time was limited, but they performed beautifully and made us all—once again—very proud.

Here are a few minutes of the action this morning featuring, under the direction of Jack Wagner, Violet Collier, bass; Nathan Leung, alto sax; Zachary Michalec, piano; Elvin Sahijdak, tenor sax; and Alex Sherk, drums.
