Student’s award-winning art hangs in congresswoman’s office

Community High School junior  has won third place in the 2015 Dingell Congressional Art Competition. Eleanor’s pencil drawing “Falling Rain” was chosen from more then 100 pieces. Her work will hang in Congresswoman Debbie Dingell’s office for a year.
