Pioneer students’ ceramic work selected for national K–12 exhibition in Detroit

Exciting news from the Pioneer Art Department! Three talented Pioneer students: Hana Boggess (12th), Madison Buza (11th), and Ezre Gerety (11th) have had their ceramic artwork selected for the National K-12 Ceramic Exhibition in Detroit.

“I couldn’t be more proud of my students for having their ceramic work accepted into the National K–12 Ceramic Exhibition,” said Maribeth Sonsara, Instructor of Ceramics/Humanities Art History and Art Department Chair. “Watching their ideas take shape in clay—and knowing their work will be represented nationally—is truly inspiring.”
