Skyline’s African American Humanities Class presents powerful Black History Month Assembly

“We resist. We survive. We thrive.”

That was the theme of a Black History Month Assembly Skyline High School’s African American Humanities class presented for the entire school during two powerful sessions today.

The event highlighted the impressive talents of 44 students performing poetry, historical scenarios, drama, song,  and dance.
