The Pittsfield PTO has won first place and a $1,000 grant from Get Movin’ Fundraising
The contest encouraged schools to create a fundraising promotional video to get parents and students excited to support their upcoming event-based fundraiser. The criteria were that the school made a creative video that promoted their fundraiser, explained what the raised dollars would support and was fun and engaging for the viewers.
Pittsfield’s video promoting the Lego Fun Run in October was overwhelming chosen as the winner during a conference in January in Novi. Not only did the PTO win the grant contest, but members also raised $2,800 over their goal.
