Pioneer hosts study visit to Ann Arbor

DSC_0293When the teachers visiting Ann Arbor fly home to Singapore on Nov. 20, they’ll undoubtedly have all kinds of stories to tell about what they learned and experienced during their 11-day trip. One thing’s for sure: They couldn’t have been more warmly welcomed. Every day, another AAPS school hosts the group, who are part of a Toyota-funded exchange program called Toyota Education Initiatives in STEAM Innovation.

Today, the visitors toured Pioneer High School, where they got a good dose of  STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math), as they visited classrooms and the Argus IMRA Planetarium.  Several students served as tour guides.unnamed-1
