Congratulations to Huron High School’s Class of 2013! The River Rats held their commencement ceremony at Eastern Michigan University’s Convocation Center on June 6.

Over 380 students shook hands with Principal Arthur Williams and took their diplomas. Class Principal Marcus Edmondson, who is on leave for six months following injuries to his knees and shoulder, managed to attend the event, cheering on graduates before the ceremony and giving out high fives after, as students filed out of the stadium to the Huron Symphony Orchestra playing  “The Throne Room and Finale” from Star Wars.

The class message was delivered by Dominic DiGiovine. Molly Gelb presented the class gifts.
