AAPS Superintendent interviews open to the public

Interviews for the six candidates for the Ann Arbor Public Schools Superintendent position are taking place Monday and Tuesday this week. Interviews are open to the public but not for public participation.

The interviews will be held at the Courtyard Marriot, 3205 Boardwalk, in Park Place C on the main floor. (Read the candidates’ bios and resumes)

Interview Schedule:

Monday, July 8

10-11:30 a.m. — Jeanice Swift

12:30-2 p.m. — Brian Osbourne

3-4:30 p.m. — Richard Faidley

Tuesday, July 9

8-9:30 a.m. — Henry Hastings

10:30- noon — Sandra Harris

1-2:30 p.m. — Benjamin Edmondson

3 p.m. — Regular meeting to select the finalists

Wednesday, July 10 (optional)

7 p.m. — Regular meeting to select finalists (and other agenda items as needed)

Monday, July 15

10 a.m.- 5 p.m. — Final candidate interviews, site visits and public forums (to be determined)

Tuesday, July 16

8 a.m.- 10 p.m. — Final candidate interviews, site visits and public forums (to be determined)

Wednesday, July 17

7 p.m. — Regular meeting and superintendent selection
